Donation ONE PLOT FOR $500 BUILDING FUND DONATION DRIVE Dear well-wishers and Devotees, We are pleased to announce the purchase of our new premises in 2021 for S$3.3mil. We managed to secure a bank loan of $2mil in 2021 for the purchase. This is not possible without the strong and unwavering support of our devotees and well-wishers over the years. With the new premises, we are able to conduct Vipassana courses and retreats more regularly and hold Major Buddhist events such as Kathina at our premises. We are currently starting a donation drive for S$1.5m to repay the bank loan. Our new Centre covers a total area of about 3000 square feet, and we have divided into 3,000 plots (plot number from 3001 to 6000). If you or your group is interested to participate in this meritorious deed, you may donate $500 for one plot or multiples of $500 for more plots. OTHER DONATIONS You may wish to contribute any other amount towards Building Fund or the operations of VMC or be the Monthly Pledge Donor to help defray the operation costs in order to promote the practice of Vipassana Meditation and to perpetuate and propagate 'Theravada Buddhism".
